Who You Are:
Cornerstone Trim is searching for a skilled and reliable finish carpenter with 2–5 years of experience in residential trim work. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean, precise work, can operate independently on job sites, and understands the pace and expectations of production homebuilding.


What You’ll Do:
· Install baseboards, crown molding, door casings, and other trim components
· Read and interpret plans to execute trim layouts accurately
· Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
· Maintain clean and organized job sites
· Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to keep projects on schedule
· Identify and resolve minor issues in the field to maintain quality standards


What You Need:
· 2–5 years of experience in finish carpentry or trim installation
· Strong understanding of trim techniques and tools
· Ability to read basic construction plans and layouts
· Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
· Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
