Job description

Trillium Construction is now seeking Ironworkers / Structural Welders for work in Seymour, TN!

Pay rate is $33hrly plus per diem of $100/day for all 7 days. Schedule is 08/12/2026 -09/05/2026, Mon-sat 6am-4pm, 60-68 hours.

Job Duties:
-Welded steel plates to embedded plates in concrete walls in accordance with project specifications and structural drawings.
-Installed structural steel beams and joists, ensuring proper alignment and fit for bolted connections.
-Bolted and secured structural members using industry-standard tools and techniques.
-Read and interpreted blueprints, shop drawings, and layout plans to complete installations accurately.
-Operated welding and rigging equipment safely while following OSHA and site-specific safety regulations.
-Worked with crane operators and crew members to position and install structural steel components efficiently.
-Inspected welds and completed work to meet quality standards and project requirements.
-Read basic structural drawings and follow layout instructions.
-Assist with rigging and positioning steel members during crane picks.
-Verify proper bolt installation and torque requirements as directed.
-Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all OSHA and site safety
