This position is set within a supportive outpatient office environment but allows for the flexibility of remote work. • Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and shared learning among clients. You will create a safe space for individuals to express their feelings and experiences, thereby enhancing their emotional resilience.
• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client. You will help clients explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and create actionable plans for positive change.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences. Regular reviews of these plans will ensure that you adapt strategies to meet evolving needs.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools to track client progress effectively. Provide updates and feedback, both to clients and your team, facilitating efficient and responsive care.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Discuss complex cases and share insights to enhance client outcomes.

You will primarily work with young adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Your role will be critical in assisting them to navigate these challenges, providing tools and guidance to enhance their overall well-being.

• Educational Requirements: A Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy is required.
• Licensure: A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is mandatory for this position.
• Core Competencies: Strong clinical skills in evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) are essential.
• Collaborative Mindset: You should have a team-oriented attitude toward positive change, working seamlessly with colleagues to offer the best outcomes for clients.

• Experience working with young adults in outpatient or residential settings, particularly in managing mental health or mood disorders.
• Previous engagement with multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with integrated care approaches are preferred.
