Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English) – Full Time

Westhill Staffing is seeking a friendly and organized Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. This full-time, on-site position offers a clear career path into a Recruiter role for those interested in growth within the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors and candidates warmly and professionally

- Answer phones and direct calls using Microsoft Teams and office phone systems

- Handle administrative tasks (data entry, scheduling, document management)

- Support recruiters and other staff as needed

- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with clients, candidates, and colleagues

Requirements:

- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written)

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred
