4-day work week
$125k/yr plus performance bonuses and profit sharing
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team full time in Conway SC. If you’re entrepreneurial, motivated, and excited about practicing beyond the traditional primary care model, this could be the opportunity for you! We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is knowledgeable in or interested in Functional/Holistic and Regen Medicine, treating patients as a whole with high quality individualized care. Ideally the incoming provider has experience with joint injections utilizing US, trigger point injections, regen med, and is willing to learn and utilize natural care treatments.

Duties:
  • Patient exams/consultations- orthopedic/musculoskeletal (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
  • Evaluate Clinical Data
  • Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records
  • Diagnosis and individualized treatment plan formulation
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, lifestyle optimization, and preventive care
  • Documentation- timely and accurate
  • Prescribe a variety of therapies to include injections/infusions
  • Treatments to include Joint, trigger point injections, Vitamin infusions, and regen med treatments
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
  • Maintaining inventory of needed supplies
Requirements:
  • NP license in SC
  • Experience in Joint/Trigger point injections preferred (US guided)
  • Experience with and/or interest in Functional/Holistic Med and Regen med preferred
 Schedule:
  • 4-day work week Mon, Tue, Weds, Fri
Salary (range):
  • $60+ / hour (~$125k annually) plus performance bonuses and profit sharing
