Overview
A fast-growing multidisciplinary medical practice is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates who are eager to grow in a collaborative and patient-focused environment specializing in pain management, behavioral health, and nutrition.

Responsibilities
Manage treatment plans and medications
Perform or assist with in-office procedures such as trigger point injections, Botox, and joint injections (training provided)
Evaluate injuries and coordinate diagnostics including MRIs, EMGs, and referrals
Communicate with patients, physicians, and legal professionals
Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
Travel between clinic locations as needed
Qualifications
Current NYS APP License required
Experience in pain management, orthopedics, urgent care, or related specialties preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
