Job Summary and Qualifications

The RN Manager Med Surg ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Education: BSN preferred, Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
  • Experience: 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required; 3+ years of acute care nursing required
  • License: Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required; BLS required
