JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL FUNCTION

This position is stationed at the entrance to the store to warmly greet customers/patients as they enter the store.  The role will assist customers/patients by directing them to the appropriate associate within the store. Also, will be asked to provide support to the store by receiving deliveries to the store.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist customers/patients in friendly manner as they enter and leave the store.
  • Serve as an interface of the store and the general public.
  • Help with receiving packages or guiding delivery services to the store.
  • Secure doorways to ensure the safety of customers and employees while upholding company policies and procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience as doorman or greeter
  • Must possess a positive, friendly attitude for interactions with customers and patients
  • Ability to provide basic information about the neighborhood, store services and other customer and patient inquiries
  • Possess a sense of safety awareness, and ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • High attention to detail

  • Experience as doorman in a luxury environment
