Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 8-hour day shift between the clinic hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays. You will work at 1 S. Park St in Madison, WI. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity after 6 to 8 months in the role, to work from home at times - frequency will vary and is dependent on operational need.

We are seeking a Triage Registered Nurse (RN) in Ambulatory Urologyto:
  • Provide evidence based, high quality nursing care for adult urology patients via telephone and MyChart.
  • Determine patient care needs by use of the Nursing Process as a framework for assessment and clinical decision making.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for consistent and positive patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and families.
  • Establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/or other care providers.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of school of nursing Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience
  • 6 months of RN experience Required
  • Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications
  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
