The Wave Manager is responsible for coordinating the scope and readiness of each hospital by maintaining a comprehensive inventory of interfaces, systems, and devices and collaborating with site, internal, and external stakeholders to identify and define requirements for each implementation wave.

Responsibilities:

  • Highly skilled and experienced Federal Project Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for one of the largest healthcare providers globally.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale federal projects and delivering successful EHR deployments.
  • Contribute to a transformative project and make a significant impact on the healthcare industry.
  • Determine scope of work for interfaces and other deployment activities.
  • Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements.
  • Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan.
  • Develop and systematically evaluate alternative course of actions to identify solutions if barriers arise.
  • Present progress and course of actions to gain consensus from all stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.
  • Creates and manages an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements.
