JOB GOAL:


To work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families in order to promote the educational, social,

emotional, and physical development and achievement of students.



PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1. Classroom teacher responsibilities differentiated for high ability and at-risk learners including, but not limited to: lesson planning, curriculum development, instruction, maintaining grades, developing relationships with students, and communicating with parents.
  2. Implement PBIS, Calm Classroom techniques and Community Circles with fidelity.
  3. Collect and analyze individual and program-wide student data.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues through weekly professional development activities in assessing, selecting, and implementing effective research-based student strategies.
  5. Other duties related to meeting the needs of students, as assigned.



TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:


  • 184 Day Contract
