Job description

Job Description One Tech Engineering is searching for a Senior Corporate Safety Analyst for a position located in Henderson, Colorado. The Senior Corporate Safety Analyst will be responsible for providing expert level consulting, analytical services, reporting, tracking, benchmarking, and trending for company on injury data to comply with regulatory requirements and for developing, supporting, and tracking internal safety performance goals across all business areas and levels. The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card.

The candidate will have five years' experience working with or administering safety programs. Senior Corporate Safety Analyst Responsibilities: Accountable for the compilation, analysis, benchmarking, tracking, and statistical trending of safety information in support of corporate and business area safety performance improvement teams and goals. Accountable for the development, support, tracking and trending of internal safety performance goals and providing periodic detailed reports on current status.

Research safety industry performance standards and report findings to management. Responsible for the establishment of new processes as needed to support additional or revised reporting requirements. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the OSHA recordkeeping regulations and interpretations.

Manage and maintain company-wide injury reporting software, including troubleshooting and problem solving with business area administrators. Provides training on software and controls security accesses. Consults and advises various levels of the organization to ensure proper injury and illness reporting.

Provide non-confidential data as requested by OSHA, industry groups (EEI, AGA, etc), or safety councils. Ensure that information provided is accurate, timely and complete. Ensure valid and credible practices and procedures are implemented and consistently followed by all business areas and/or operating company.

Requirements of the Senior Corporate Safety Analyst: Bachelor's in Business Administration or Industrial Safety or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. Minimum of five years experience working with or administering safety programs. Experience to include analyzing and reporting safety statistics.

In-depth knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping requirements required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel & Access.

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
