Job description


The Trench Safety Operations Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and customer focused operation of a trench safety/Safety branch. This position oversees daily branch operations, supports inside sales activities, manages customer contracts and documentation, and ensures accurate equipment coordination. The role requires strong leadership, excellent trench safety equipment knowledge, and the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively.
The salary for this role will range between $65,000 to $75,000 based on education and/or experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Oversees daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company safety policies.
  • Recommends alternative equipment solutions based on jobsite conditions and available product options.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and coordinates with field and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely support.
  • Provides day-to-day direction to operational personnel, reinforcing safe equipment handling and proper trench/excavation practices.
  • Administers customer contracts, including setup of new agreements, modifications, amendments, rate changes, and documentation updates.
  • Ensures all branch activities align with company safety policies and trench safety industry standards.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 3 years of experience in the Trench Safety rental equipment industry or Trench Safety construction industry.
  • 1 year of Operations Management or related leadership experience.
