About the Role:

As a Tree Foreman / Crew Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of tree care professionals to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of trees in various locations. You will be expected to oversee the daily operations of the team, including planning and executing work orders, managing equipment and supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that all trees are healthy, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL is a plus)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tree care or related field
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong knowledge of tree care techniques and safety regulations
  • Experienced Tree Climber in the Tree Care Industry (required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as an Arborist or Tree Care Professional
  • Experience operating heavy equipment such as bucket trucks and chippers
  • Experience with tree inventory and mapping software

Responsibilities:
