• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and design effective treatment strategies tailored to their unique situations.
• Implement personalized therapy techniques during individual and, when applicable, group sessions, fostering a supportive atmosphere that encourages personal growth and healing.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress through regular follow-ups to ensure treatment efficacy.
• Provide flexible teletherapy sessions for clients, accommodating those with mobility issues or varying schedules while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with effective therapeutic methodologies.

Our clients come to us seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relational conflicts, and family dynamics. As a therapist at Tree of Life Counseling Services, you will work with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, all seeking to navigate their unique challenges and improve their overall well-being.

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field is required.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to empathize and provide nonjudgmental support during clients' therapeutic journeys.
• Strong organizational and time management skills that facilitate effective caseload management.

• Experience providing therapy in a private practice or outpatient setting is highly valued.
• Familiarity with teletherapy methods and tools is preferred, as our practice operates primarily in a remote environment.
• Experience working with substance abuse recovery or addiction treatment is advantageous.

• Annual salary between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
