Job description

Join a dedicated team committed to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial clients. As a Landscape Driver, you will play a key role in supporting landscaping operations by transporting crews, equipment, and materials to various job sites. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to high-quality landscaping projects, and be part of a collaborative and growing company that values reliability, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company trucks, trailers, and vehicles to transport landscaping crews, tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any issues
  • Assist with landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, planting, and site cleanup as needed
  • Load and unload equipment, mulch, soil, plants, and other materials at job sites
  • Follow all traffic laws, company safety policies, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and trailers
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to ensure efficient operations
  • Complete daily logs and required paperwork accurately
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with atleast 3 years driving history
  • No major driving infractions in last 3 years.
  • Experience operating trucks with trailers (up to 26 ft)
  • Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
  • 1+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
  • Experience with landscape equipment such as zero-turn mowers, blowers, and trimmers preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
  • OSHA or equipment safety certifications are a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of driving and standing
