Description - Your Role

• Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results with accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the functionality of lab instruments through preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Support specimen collection processes and effectively prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, facilitate the training of new personnel or students, and assist in preserving quality standards in the lab.
• Foster a safe, clean environment while complying with regulatory and accrediting standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your tenure.
