Summary

The Treasury Management Associate supports the servicing, onboarding, and day-to-day administration of Treasury Management products and services. This role works directly with clients and internal partners to facilitate account openings, maintain Treasury Management solutions, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve service-related issues. The Treasury Management Associate plays a key role in ensuring accurate execution, timely support, and a high level of service across Treasury Management operations.
*This role is only open to candidates currentlyresiding within a 45 miles radius from Denver, CO at this time
Responsibilities
  • Services large complex depository relationships. Assists customers with general questions regarding all facets of Treasury Management products and services including positive pay, ACH, Wires, among others.
  • Facilitate account openings and account maintenance.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of Treasury Management solutions.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of the banks' products and Treasury Management services.
  • Assists the implementation of new Treasury Management products and services.
  • Handle questions or problems related to the various account or Treasury Management products
  • Work to identify the root cause of errors and escalate issues as appropriate/needed.
  • Proactively reach out to clients when issues occur to provide workaround solutions.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues by researching internal systems.
  • Articulates recommendations to customers in response to client servicing and product-related inquiries
  • Cross-sells the bank's other products and services, referring clients to appropriate internal teams.
  • Supports the bank's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Participate with Treasury Management Officer and Deposit Relationship Manager on calls with prospects and current accounts to develop profile of banking needs.
  • Communicate internally of trending client needs and concerns
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • General knowledge of bank products, and services
  • General knowledge of Jack Henry core banking platform (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in treasury management or related financial roles

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
