Job description

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Consultant to support a local organization in Westminster, Colorado. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone in finance who can provide hands-on treasury expertise, strengthen day-to-day cash management practices, and help maintain efficient financial operations. The engagement will focus on partnering with internal stakeholders to oversee core treasury activities, improve visibility into cash positions, and support operational continuity over the course of the assignment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and oversight of banking activity.
• Partner with finance and accounting teams to support critical treasury processes and ensure timely execution of payment and funding activities.
• Analyze cash flow trends and provide recommendations that help maintain appropriate working capital and short-term liquidity levels.
• Utilize treasury technology platforms such as Kyriba and SAP to review transactions, generate reporting, and support process accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver treasury reports, forecasts, and operational insights for leadership and key business partners.
• Review existing treasury procedures, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and help implement practical process improvements.
• Coordinate with banking partners and internal departments to resolve transaction issues, support account management, and maintain smooth treasury function performance.
• Assist with treasury-related operational changes or system-related updates as needed during the contract period.• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury operations, or a closely related finance function.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, and core treasury activities within a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience working with treasury management systems, including Kyriba, and enterprise platforms such as SAP.
• Demonstrated ability to support a treasury department with both strategic insight and day-to-day operational execution.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and communicate clear recommendations.
• Experience collaborating across finance, accounting, and business teams in a fast-paced, detail-focused setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
