POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Treasury assists with leading the Treasury department and its operations. This role will report to the Director of Treasury and will assist in the performance of the following responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Support and execute the development and implementation of treasury functions.
  • Support expansion and establishment of new entities.
  • Setup and maintenance of bank account structures.
  • Assist with liquidity management of all entities.
  • Cash and balance sheet modeling.
  • Develop and prepare cash forecasts and other treasury reporting tools.
  • Manage treasury analysts by developing objectives and development plans in line with global strategy.
  • Lead and enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal policies, controls and procedures.
  • Assist with development and monitoring of treasury operational controls and policies.
  • Manage cash management functions, including cash concentration, wires and account funding.
  • Assist with managing and driving migration of bank accounts to central banking platform; close legacy bank accounts.
  • Lead the establishment of new bank accounts, lockboxes, insurance payers.
  • Implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve the cash cycle and simplify company operations.
  • Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
  • Provides all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, business, or another related field
  • 5+ years' experience in finance and treasury operations with a track record of increased responsibilities.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and solution-orientation required.
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities and treasury best practices.
  • Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting and relaxed accounting.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal daily direction from management to accomplish objectives and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Able to operate both independently and as part of a larger functional team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience in managing projects, teams, or strategies. Certified Treasury Professional. MBA

SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY
Works independently under general supervision, following defined standards and procedures. Uses critical thinking skills to solve problems, improve processes, and complete treasury tasks in a timely manner. The incumbent is expected to provide excellent customer service; identify company and/or regulatory compliance issues when appropriate to resolve problems. Confers with supervisor on unusual situations. External customers include all health system partners, banks, vendors, independent contractors, etc.
