Inspire Brands is seeking a Treasury Intern to gain hands-on experience acrossmultiple treasury functions, including Cash Management & Forecasting,Payments, Debt & Capital Markets, Loss Prevention & Fraud, Operations, andCompliance. This role offers a broad exposure to corporate treasury processes,financial operations, and risk management while developing key analytical andproblem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. While more technical treasury projects-such as Power BI reporting, MicrosoftPower Automate, and coding-related tasks-are primarily handled by part-timeinterns, this role will focus on financial analysis, reporting, and cross-functionaltreasury initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in cash flow analysis and forecasting, tracking liquidity acrossInspire Brands' operations.
- Support bank account management, maintaining accurate records and assisting with documentation.
- Conduct financial data analysis using Excel and treasury systems toidentify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in monitoring debt and capital market activities, preparing financialreports and key performance metrics.
- Contribute to fraud prevention and loss mitigation strategies, analyzingtransaction data for potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional treasury teams to optimize financialprocesses and reporting accuracy.
- Assist with compliance efforts by supporting audits, internal controls, andtreasury policy reviews.
- Work on process improvement initiatives, identifying efficiencies in cashmanagement and payments workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance,Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding offinancial principles.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with Power BI orautomation tools is a plus but not required.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across multiple treasury teams.
- Prior internship or coursework in corporate finance, treasury, or financialanalysis is preferred.
