Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Five or more years of relevant work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience supporting payments, wire transfers, treasury operations, fintech operations, banking operations, or other deadline-driven transaction environments.

  • Knowledge of foreign exchange products, payment services, international banking operations, or related financial services products.

  • Understanding of money movement, finance, accounting, settlements, or transaction processing.

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.

  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to identify, resolve, or escalate issues independently.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong computer proficiency, including experience navigating multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Data entry and operational processing experience with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay Range: $28.27 - $37.69
