SCOPE
You are responsible for assisting with day-to-day activities within the Treasury Management department, including driving new business & expanding existing relationships withing the bank's treasury management services portfolio. You serve clients, identify their needs & provide consultative solutions that enhance client financial efficiency & optimize cash flow. You are also responsible for a Commercial loan portfolio as well as generating new loan volume and deposits for the bank. Within the portfolio managed, you will be responsible for credit decisions (within authority guidelines), overall credit quality, & fee income with the goal of helping each client meet the objectives of their personal & professional full financial health. ACCOUNTABILITIES
Client Consultation & Service - 50%
  • You understand client needs & challenges related to cash management, liquidity, & risk management.
  • You assist clients with balancing their daily operational needs with strategic investment opportunities.
  • You help clients maintain liquidity & support growth.
  • You recommend & present tailored solutions from the bank's treasury management product suite.
  • You will fulfill day-to-day duties of ongoing client service & support including, but not limited to the set-up, administration, maintenance & training for clients in the following product/service areas: Pro-Biz Checking accounts, Savings accounts, On-line banking, Treasury Management Services, HSA accounts
  • You cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, internal stakeholders, & referral sources.
  • You will create & evaluate treasury management sales proposals and pricing for prospective and existing clients to further develop and strengthen business relationships.
  • You collaborate with other bank departments, such as lending, relationship banking, wealth planning & insurance to offer holistic financial solutions.
  • You will work closely with the operational area of the bank & third-party vendors to serve the role of Profinium expert on Pro-Biz suite of products.

Commercial Loan Portfolio Management - 30%
  • You are responsible for expanding existing commercial loan relationships within guidelines set by bank policy & growth targets.
  • You are responsible for developing deposit accounts from commercial clients.
  • You are responsible for managing the commercial loan portfolio. This includes credit quality, credit approval, operations process, & the profitability of the portfolio.
  • You are responsible for analyzing loan data on new, renewal & existing loans, including data provided by credit bureaus, other financial institutions & financial institution files.
  • You monitor loans in repayment & collect past due loans and loans in default.
  • You ensure that proper documentation is completed.
  • You establish structure of loans within framework of loan policy.

New Business Development - 15%
  • You are responsible for generating new loan & deposit volume for the bank & deepening current relationships.
  • You are responsible for increasing volume of quality deposits, treasury management services, loans, mortgage insurance, & investment services using the R-E-A process, along with the call programs developed in sales meetings.
  • You are responsible for referring customers to the Retail Department of the bank for deposit relationships as well as to the Mortgage, Investment & Insurance departments.
  • You must maintain a general understanding of Profinium's product & service offerings which will enable you to confidently & accurately diagnose additional client/prospect needs & execute partnership opportunities.
  • You are required to achieve referral results based on annual targets communicated by supervisor

Other - 5%
  • You are actively involved in community & civic organizations as appropriate to represent the bank in a positive fashion.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that customer service is provided in a high-quality manner, as outlined in the bank's strategic direction & our Amazing Client Experience (ACE) Pledge.
