Accounts Payable / Treasury Professional (Part-Time | Hybrid)

Michigan City, IN | Approximately 20 Hours Per Week | Hybrid Schedule

Are you an experienced Accounting professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Treasury Professional to provide immediate support during a staffing transition.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage full-cycle Accounts Payable activities
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Support treasury management functions, including cash management and reporting
  • Execute online banking transactions and monitor account activity
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist with month-end accounting tasks as needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
Qualifications
  • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online required
  • Proven background in Accounts Payable processing
  • Experience performing bank reconciliations
  • Knowledge of treasury management and cash flow processes
  • Hands-on experience with online banking platforms
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
