Job description

TRC Talent Solutions client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a commercial property management team supporting Class A office buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional looking for a stable role with a growing organization.


What You'll Do
Install and repair new and existing plumbing fixtures, drain lines, and related accessories
Inspect equipment for proper operation, lubrication, and preventative maintenance needs
Perform repairs and installations including ceiling tiles, wall coverings, vinyl flooring, carpet, cove base, window blinds, and building signage
Complete minor repairs to roofs, windows, and decorative water features
Perform preventative maintenance, installation, and repairs on HVAC equipment, water systems, controls, and associated building equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems issues
Respond to tenant service requests in a professional and timely manner
Assist with routine inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation


What We're Looking For
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Building Engineer, Facilities Technician, or Mechanic
Experience in commercial building maintenance, industrial maintenance, or facilities operations
Associate degree in a technical discipline is a plus
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computerized maintenance systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
EPA, HVAC, or related certifications are a plus
