Baer is looking for SAP Travel & Workforce Mobility Lead for a 12 month Federal Remote Project.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Travel & Workforce Mobility Lead to support travel management, workforce mobility, relocation, and related business processes within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role will lead functional activities, collaborate with business stakeholders, and help drive process improvements that support enterprise modernization goals.
Description
  • Lead travel and workforce mobility functional workstreams
  • Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and optimization activities
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and solution discussions
  • Analyze current processes and recommend business process improvements
  • Support testing, deployment, training, and organizational change management activities
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, ERP, and program leadership teams
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements

Requirements
  • 8+ years of ERP consulting experience
  • 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience Required
  • Public sector or government consulting experience
  • Experience supporting travel management, workforce mobility, relocation, or related business processes
  • Experience leading functional teams or workstreams
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
