Traveling Roofing Supervisor - Commercial

Full-Time | Nationwide Travel | $1,500 Sign on bonus after 90 days

JRC is a nationwide commercial roofing contractor headquartered just north of Nashville, TN. We are licensed to operate in 48 states and specialize in Low and Steep-Slope roof replacements for commercial and industrial properties. We are currently seeking Project Supervisors to join our team and oversee on-site operations and manage prequalified subcontractor crews across the country. This role requires 90% travel, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on every job. Our team is growing!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of prequalified traveling subcontractor crews
  • Travel to job sites nationwide (90% travel required)
  • Ensure job site safety, work quality, and adherence to project specifications
  • Conduct site inspections and perform final walk-throughs with property managers
  • Submit daily and weekly job reports, photos, and required documentation
  • Manage on-site materials and coordinate with internal teams as needed
  • Represent JRC professionally and uphold company values and standards
Requirements:
  • Experience supervising commercial roofing crews
  • Willingness and availability to travel 90% of the time (multi-day/multi-week trips)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs on a regular basis
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
