This position is responsible for maintaining precise inventory records, coordinating equipment movement, and partnering closely with logistics, purchasing, and sales teams to keep operations running seamlessly. Essential Job Duties:

  • Accurately track, receive, and document all incoming and outgoing medical imaging equipment to maintain precise inventory records.
  • Coordinate equipment movement, storage, and organization to ensure assets are staged, accessible, and ready for testing or shipment.
  • Partner with logistics, purchasing, engineering, and sales teams to support smooth operational workflows and timely customer deliveries.
  • Inspect equipment for condition, completeness, and compliance with internal quality standards before updating inventory systems.
  • Proactively identify inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to strengthen accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Driving and vehicle operation are essential functions of this role.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ensures precise documentation, accurate equipment tracking, and careful verification of inventory data across all systems.
