We’re seeking a highly organized and analytical Regional Parts Inventory Manager to support our Area Parts Managers by managing inventory across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, enjoys optimizing processes, and has strong experience in inventory management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize inventory levels for truck and trailer parts across multiple locations

  • Analyze inventory data and generate reports to improve stock accuracy and turnover

  • Oversee stock ordering, core management, cycle counts, and annual inventory processes

  • Minimize obsolete inventory and maximize vendor/OEM return opportunities

  • Maintain inventory systems and implement process improvements

  • Train staff on inventory tools, including barcoding and scanning systems

  • Support service teams by ensuring availability of critical parts

  • Travel regularly to locations to support inventory operations (~65% travel)


Qualifications:

  • Proven inventory management experience (required)

  • Strong data analysis skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in warehouse operations (receiving, storage, distribution)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
