Tangerine has opportunities for experienced, talented and motivated people to join our CORPORATE TRAVEL ADVISOR Team. This full-time position could be fulfilled remotely if you are located out of the state of Washington. If within Washington, the option for hybrid is available.

**We are looking to fill 2 positions with that would include one weekend shift (Tues-Sat or Wed-Sun) and later hours until at least 5:30pm Pacific Time.

Job Description:

Are you a seasoned travel professional with a passion for providing top-notch service to corporate executives? Do you excel at coordinating intricate travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for our VIP clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Executive VIP Corporate Travel Agent.

Responsibilities:

  • VIP Travel Coordination: Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for high-profile corporate executives, including air travel, accommodation, ground transportation, and any special requests using Sabre.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive clients, understanding their unique preferences and requirements to deliver tailored travel experiences.
  • Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries, considering factors such as meeting schedules, time zones, and potential disruptions, to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to the company's travel policies and guidelines, while also seeking cost-effective solutions.
  • Crisis Management: Handle unexpected travel disruptions, such as flight cancellations or changes, with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Expense Management: Assist executives in managing travel expenses, receipts, and reimbursements in alignment with company policies.
  • Travel Technology: Utilize travel booking system, Sabre,and management platforms effectively to streamline processes and enhance the overall travel experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience:7+years of experience as a corporate travel agent, with a focus on servicing VIP or executive-level clients.
  • In-depth Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the travel industry, including airlines, hotels, ground transportation, and travel trends.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to create accurate and error-free travel itineraries.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with executives and service providers.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to handle unexpected challenges and solve problems efficiently, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with travel booking platforms, Sabre GDS systems, and other relevant travel technology.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, executives, and external partners to deliver exceptional service.
  • Certifications: Relevant travel industry certifications are a plus
