FreshStarts Behavioral Therapy is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with a minimum of 6 months to one year of experience to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.


Since 2011, FreshStarts has been a leader in ethical, evidence-based ABA therapy, providing customized behavioral intervention programs, parent education, and social skills development for individuals with autism and other developmental needs. We serve clients across Miami, Broward, Palm Beach, and Collier Counties and are urgently hiring for immediate placement in Pembroke Pines/Miramar/NMB/ Miami Shores.

Role Summary

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans created by Breakthrough Leaders (BCBAs) in clients’ homes, schools, daycares, and our new naturalistic center.

  • Maintain active RBT certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality policies, ethical standards, and company guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months to one (1) year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Active RBT certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, ABA therapy, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interest in ABA therapy, autism services, behavioral intervention, and child development.
  • Fluency in English (spoken, written, and comprehension).
  • Afternoon and early evening availability required.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs without physical strain.
