*In order to be considered for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position, you MUST have your RBT certification, Medicaid Provider ID, and be willing to obtain your public school vendor badge at your expense.
Global Behavioral Solutions (GBS) is looking to hire RBTs to join our diverse team, where compensation and support are unmatched. We are committed to disseminating cultural disparities surrounding autism and behavioral health services and it starts with our frontline staff of behavior analysts and RBTs. Our experienced staff offer diversity to meet the needs of our families regardless of culture, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and geographic location.
All RBTs undergo hands-on training with ongoing clinical support from their clinical supervisor (BCBA), to provide ABA services in home, school, and community settings using evidence-based-practices proven to be effective. We offer focused and comprehensive treatment models as outlined in BACB guidelines to improve quality of life outcomes for individuals with autism.
Requirements:
  • BACB Registered Behavior Technician Certificate (required)
  • Professional Liability Insurance
  • Direct ABA experience (preferred) or experience working with children with autism
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance
  • Registered Behavior Technicians: 1 year (Required)
