FREE Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training Course! Our Training results in an over 90% pass rate on the RBT exam.
Salary dependent upon credentials and experience. Hourly rate for Therapists who are not yet RBTs starts at $17.50/hour.
Behavior Analysis, Inc., is a leading provider of ABA therapy and has been helping children experiencing life on the Autism spectrum for over 20 years. We are seeking passionate, flexible, energetic, and creative individuals to become Part-Time Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians.

Hiring Locations: Broward (Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Coral Springs, Miramar, Pembroke Pines) and Dade (Miami Beach, North Miami, Aventura).

Candidates must have:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)/CPR Certification or willingness to achieve certification in a face-to-face course.

  • Reliable transportation and willing to commute a maximum of 25 miles to the client(s) assigned to you.
  • Ability to work weekday afternoon and early evening hours (2 pm- 7 pm)
  • Strong computer, and technology skills
  • Must speak Fluent English; Bilingual is a plus
