We are seeking an experienced MLT/MLS to contribute to our mission of providing outstanding laboratory services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect patient specimens with precision and care. - Utilize our advanced Information System to: - Receive patients - Order and collect samples - Result tests and answer inquiries from nurses and physicians - Document quality control activities and generate essential reports - Perform laboratory tests in various specialties, including: - Hematology - Urinalysis - Chemistry - Blood Bank or Microbiology - Analyze test results for validity and accuracy prior to release. - Meet designated turnaround times for test results and appropriately report critical information. - Conduct quality control and proficiency testing procedures as per established policy. - Interpret and troubleshoot quality control results to ensure accuracy in testing. - Perform preventative maintenance, minor troubleshooting, and calibration of laboratory instruments. - Participate in method and instrument evaluation and implementation. - Share your knowledge by teaching and training new partners and students. - Maintain and enhance your competency in current procedures and adapt to new methods. **Position Details:** - Full-time position: 40 hours/week - Night Shift **Who Should Apply:** - Applicants with a current MLT/MLS Generalist Certification or Specialty Certification (BB, C, H, or M). - Candidates with required Hematology and Blood Bank experience. - Individuals qualified to perform high complexity testing as per CLIA 493.1489 Standards. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
