Also known as a corporate travel manager, they are responsible for the company travel program and policies regarding flights, hotel stays, car rentals, reimbursements, and corporate retreats. Their responsibilities can include preparing the necessary paperwork needed for travel visas, global travel bookings, negotiating rates, and approving hotels and flights. They may be in charge of a team and can be involved in setting budgets for company travel.

What does a travel manager do?

A Travel Manager is responsible for overseeing an organization's travel policies and arrangements. Their duties include booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, negotiating with vendors, managing travel budgets, ensuring compliance with company travel policies, and addressing any travel-related issues that arise.
