Digital Campaign Specialist

Panther City Media Group | Fort Worth, TX

Parent company of Fort Worth Magazine and Fort Worth Inc.

Pay Range $35,000 - $40,000 (Based on Experience)

We’re looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to help execute and optimize real marketing campaigns across email, social, web, and lead generation. You won’t be stuck doing one thing — you’ll be in the middle of everything, learning fast and making an impact quickly.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role built for someone early in their career who wants to grow.

  • Must CURRENTLY reside within 25 minutes of our office
  • This position reports to the office 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday
  • If remote working is your gig then this is not the right fit

What You’ll Own

Campaign Execution & Performance
You’ll design and execute campaigns across:

  • Email marketing (Mailchimp)
  • Digital content creation (Social Media)
  • Lead generation campaigns (Second Street)

Lead Generation (Second Street) Campaigns
You’ll take ownership of our giveaway and contest campaigns. You’ll work with both marketing and editorial to bring these campaigns to life.

Audience Growth

  • Help build and execute recurring giveaway emails to grow our newsletter audience
  • Support strategies that increase engagement and subscriber growth

Sales Support & Client Impact

  • Build and send campaign reports directly to clients
  • Help Account Executives understand and sell digital performance

Content & Event Execution

  • Assist in capturing and create video content at events, Dream Home, and editorial shoots
  • Help produce recap videos, sponsor content, and social-ready assets
