Are you someone who loves helping people make confident decisions, especially when they’re planning something exciting like travel? At Seven Corners, our Inside Sales team supports travelers and group clients by listening, asking great questions, and guiding them to the right coverage for their needs.

This role is a mix of inbound interest and proactive follow-up, with a team behind you to help you grow fast.

Compensation: On-target earnings are approximately $90,000, with the opportunity to exceed $100,000 based on achievement of performance metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Hit sales goals set by the VP of Sales and Inside Sales Manager by delivering a strong customer experience and closing business with direct consumers and direct groups
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries by asking smart qualifying questions and confidently guiding prospects to take the next step
  • Follow up on leads through outbound calls, email, chat, and text to qualify opportunities, present the right product, and close the sale
  • Identify upsell opportunities and additional services based on customer needs and travel plans
  • Provide a confident, professional phone presence while managing multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
  • Serve as a creative problem solver—helping customers navigate questions, concerns, and unique situations
  • Partner across departments to resolve issues and ensure customers get the right solution
  • Maintain consistent inbound/outbound activity to drive revenue and results
  • Participate in training and coaching to continuously improve conversion and performance
  • Use Salesforce to document leads, track follow-up, and manage your pipeline effectively

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to present options clearly and simply
  • A customer-first mindset and a strong understanding of sales fundamentals
  • Comfort multitasking across calls, email, and live chat
