Overview
Traveling Installation Supervisor
We are seeking a Traveling Installation Supervisor to lead fixture installation teams on retail remodel and construction projects throughout the region. This role is responsible for overseeing field execution, coordinating crews, maintaining project standards, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, fixture installation experience, and the ability to manage teams in fast-paced retail environments while traveling to project locations as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in the field and supporting successful project delivery across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to assigned project locations to oversee fixture installation and retail remodel activities
  • Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans
  • Lead overnight and/or project-specific installation shifts as required
  • Monitor daily progress and help keep projects on schedule and within scope
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, store personnel, and field teams throughout each project
  • Identify and resolve field issues quickly and professionally
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of installation
  • Support compliance with safety policies, procedures, and company expectations
  • Track project completion milestones and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Maintain organization of materials, tools, equipment, and work areas
  • Assist with crew planning, productivity management, and project turnover activities

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in fixture installation, retail remodels, merchandising resets, or construction supervision required
  • Experience leading crews in a superintendent, foreman, team lead, or similar leadership role preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible schedules based on project requirements
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans, scopes of work, and installation drawings
  • Comfortable working in active retail and construction environments
  • Dependable, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
