Join Our Team as a Mobile Lock & Hardware Installer!

Join a fast-growing team at the forefront of security solutions for homes, businesses, and vehicles. This hands-on position puts you right in the action: duplicating keys, repairing locks, servicing safes, rekeying, maintaining master key systems, and installing everything from traditional hardware to modern electronic access controls.

Whoย Weโ€™re Looking For:

Weโ€™re looking for a mechanically inclined, energetic team member who is hardworking, eager to learn, and able to work independently with coaching. Professionalism, comfort with tools, and basic tech skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and duplicate keys accurately.
  • Diagnose and efficiently resolve lock issues.
  • Perform rekeying for commercial and residential properties.
  • Repair and service safes.
  • Install, repair, and replace hardware for commercial, residential, and electronic locks.
  • Create and duplicate automotive keys.
  • Develop and maintain master key systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Present information effectively to customers.
  • Complete and submit paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computers and mobile devices.
  • Flexible schedule, available to work between 8 AM and 8 PM (closed on Sundays).
  • Ability to serve all of Austin and the surrounding areas.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Compensation:
  • Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Training is paid.
