JOB PURPOSE:
Leap Event Technology is looking for a client service minded, detail-oriented, and proactive Implementation Manager with strong project management skills to join our team. Implementation Managers drive client onboarding and configuration, and are key to successful deployments. The Implementation Manager is a product expert in Leap Event Technology's suite of event technology products, including experiences and ticketing, and collaborates with colleagues across all departments to meet the client and operational goals and ensure the client is trained on ticketing products and equipped for long term success. We support some of the world's largest events in the pop-up, convention, festival, and venue spaces, so the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will have a passion for ticketing, education, and client success.

AS A IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER, YOU WILL:
  • Be an expert in two Leap Event Technology platforms: Epic Experiences and Ticketing
  • Manage top tier client implementations; oversee and execute the internal delivery process as the main client contact or as part of a larger internal team to ensure on-time and on-target implementation
  • Configure conventions and products, build schedules, and facilitate onsales/launches
  • Review and approve all builds and deliverables prior to launch
  • Engage fully with Project Managers where applicable to provide status and details of builds; coordinate and manage timelines to ensure products are built and deployed to the project's requirements
  • Act as project manager on assigned Epic projects, when a cross-product PM is not assigned. Oversee milestones, share project updates with the team, and assist in onsite management when needed
  • Onboard and train clients on Leap Event Technology's suite of ticketing products; build events for clients where applicable
  • Understand Leap Conventions platform and its integration with Epic Experiences
  • Assist Event Operations Manager in creation of Floorplans, deployment of digital signage, and scanning software as needed
  • Ensure smooth client transition out of Implementation
  • Manage changes to process and communicate value of the implementation processes to clients
  • Contribute to our shared knowledge base & documentation on Leap Event Technology Products & internal processes
  • Share ideas for new features and products and suggest workflow improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Project Managers, Product, Sales Engineers, Design, Finance, Event Operations, Customer Care, and Marketing Services to ensure all aspects of Client Implementation are completed
  • Work independently and creatively to deliver exceptional client service
  • Be fluent in our shared Project Management tool and a champion of our shared Leap Event Technology tools
  • Liaise with clients and travel onsite to events as needed up to 20%

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years client-facing project management experience
  • 3+ years experience in the live events and/or SaaS industry. Live event experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with quickly evolving technologies
  • Passion for training and enablement
  • Strong technical skills
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or AutoCAD a plus
  • Experience using project management tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to confidently interact with clients and professionals of all backgrounds
  • Ability to self-start and complete tasks independently
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight and weekends
  • Capacity to execute multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Possess a passion for creating live event experiences with an eye for improving the customer experience
  • Must be fluent in English. French and/or Spanish language skills a plus

OFFICE INFORMATION:
Leap Event Technology is a remote-friendly company. However, we do offer the option of working in the office for employees located in Montréal (CAN), Pittsburgh (U.S.), Dallas (U.S.), Sydney (AUS). All of our offices are stocked with snacks and drinks and we provide a free lunch every week. We offer a monthly travel stipend, and even host the occasional themed party and happy hour!
If you don't live near an office but happen to be visiting nearby, you can work from the office for as long as you need.
