Medasource is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Denver, Colorado.

Job Description & Requirements

General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -32 Number of Staff –60 Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 2 EMT/Medics Midshift-5 RNs throughout the day, 1 midshift medic Night Shift -1 charge, 3 RNs, 1 EMT/Mwdic Patient Ratios –depends on acuity assignment. 1:4, Vertical Care space- 1:6 Type of equipment -Zoll Lifepaks, GE monitors, Stryker stretchers, Mobilab EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ED RN experience BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH and ENPC CPI Blue card Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Triage, assessment, conscious sedation, splinting Best personality Fit: Flexible and professional Team player attitude Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. *Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent.
