Position Summary:

The Travel Concierge / Travel Advisor Assistant is a Full Time, In-Office entry-level support role that helps ensure our travel advisors provide exceptional service to every client. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in an organized environment, and is interested in learning about the travel industry.
This role supports both clients and advisors by answering incoming calls, qualifying new inquiries, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate CRM records, organizing documents, managing invoices, and learning the day-to-day operations of a professional travel agency.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career in travel.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Service
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and warmly
Greet walk-in clients when applicable
Qualify new client inquiries and route them to the appropriate travel advisor
Collect basic trip information from prospective travelers
Respond to general agency questions
Provide excellent first impressions for every client
Administrative Support
Assist advisors with administrative projects
Organize electronic files and documentation
Scan, upload, and file client documents
Assist with invoice preparation and organization
Help maintain office organization
CRM & Data Management
Update client profiles
Clean and organize CRM records
Verify client information for accuracy
Enter notes and documentation
Maintain consistent data standards
Travel Industry Learning
Learn travel supplier systems
Become familiar with destinations and travel products
Assist advisors with itinerary preparation
Learn agency procedures and workflows
