Job Description

Turner & Townsendย is seeking an analytical individual to join our USA Finance team as Financial Analyst. This role will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of various monthly financial reports for the USA business. Collaborating with the finance team in the aggregation of financial information to create a suite of analytics and supporting the business in the forecasting and budgeting process. The candidate will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports for the overall improvement of our business reporting and decision-making efficiencies.

*A minimum of three days working out of the Atlanta is required. ย 

Duties Include:

  • Creation and maintenance of revenue reports using Microsoft D365 and other internal systems.
  • Support of internal forecasting process by maintaining shared Microsoft Teams channels used by business leads.
  • Examine and synthesize financial data related to relocation expenses.
  • Assist in updating various financial reports for internal executive meetings.
  • Business travel analysis including creation of reports for key stakeholders.
  • Support to Financial Planning & Analysis team with development of internal Key Performance Indicator and ad hoc reports.
  • Contact person for the Finance Business Partners to answers all queries they have for FP&A
  • Managing a collection of SharePoint channels and troubleshooting any access concerns.
  • AD HOC reporting required by various members of finance leadership
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable

Key Attributes

  • Quantitative skills - understanding and manipulating data.
  • Strong Excel Skills (including XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Linking Multiple Sheets, Macros, and Power Tools).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.ย 
  • Strong organization and time management.
  • Resourceful problem solver able to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and responsive to keep up with fast paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of D365 and Power BI preferable but not essential.
  • Working knowledge of CoPilot and/or Claude a plus but not essential.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or finance.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working within an accountancy/finance/analyst-based position.
  • Working knowledge of month end, forecasting, invoicing, and financial management.
  • Understanding of GAAP financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
