Position Summary
As a Trauma OR RN, you will provide critical intraoperative care to patients experiencing complex, life-threatening injuries. Youll work alongside top trauma surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to deliver rapid, precise, and compassionate care.
You will be responsible for managing a caseload of trauma patients during surgical procedures, ensuring strict adherence to sterile protocols, safety standards, and surgical best practices.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct and specialized nursing care to trauma patients during surgical interventions
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure seamless coordination during procedures
  • Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments and instruments
  • Document patient care activities accurately and in real time
  • Maintain knowledge of surgical techniques, emergency protocols, and instrumentation
