• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that foster personal growth.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.
• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options to cater to client accessibility needs and ensure continuous support regardless of geographical constraints.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to ethical and professional standards, ensuring accurate reporting of treatment progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay current with industry trends and improve therapeutic practices.

Our primary focus is on supporting students in the school setting. The client population includes children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and other behavioral or emotional difficulties. By providing therapy within the educational environment, we aim to equip young individuals with the tools to succeed academically and personally, developing resilience and coping strategies.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude essential for therapeutic success.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and maintain quality therapeutic practices.

• Experience in school-based counseling or working with a youth population is highly desirable and preferred.
• Competence in utilizing technology for remote therapy sessions, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly those effective for adolescents.
