Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments to identify patient needs accurately.

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in diverse settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute distress and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment.
  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and clinic policies, ensuring that patient records are accurate and updated regularly.
  • Educate patients and their families on mental health management, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to deal effectively with their conditions.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to integrate care and streamline treatment processes.
  • Regularly conduct treatment effectiveness assessments and modify treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress.
  • Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to continuously improve clinical practice.
  • Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
