Job description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical department. The Clinical Director will provide leadership, clinical supervision, and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care. This individual will manage staff, implement policies and procedures, and collaborate across departments to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise clinical staff and operations.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with state, accreditation, and agency standards.
  • Oversee quality assurance, audits, and client outcomes.
  • Support staff development through supervision and training.
  • Collaborate with leadership and community partners for integrated care.
Qualifications:
  • Master's/Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counselings, or related field.
  • Active Ohio license
  • 3+ years behavioural health experience, including leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health, SUD, and trauma-informed care.
