Noble Counseling, LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a remote team member, you will be part of a supportive community that prioritizes mental health and wellness. You will be equipped with cutting-edge telehealth tools to facilitate therapy sessions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to patient care from the comfort of your home or designated outpatient office space. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some required flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories, mental health conditions, and unique treatment needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's journey toward healing and resilience.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
• Leading individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that help patients process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring integrated, patient-centered care.
• Offering crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, employing rapid assessment and therapeutic techniques.
• Educating patients and families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, available resources, and the normalization of mental health struggles.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all case notes reflect ongoing patient care.
• Participating in case consultations and team meetings, engaging in professional development focused on the latest advances in trauma-informed care.
• Staying abreast of current research and best practices in the field of trauma therapy to enhance therapeutic approaches and patient outcomes.

Your clientele may include a diverse group of individuals, including adults and adolescents affected by various forms of trauma. Patients may be dealing with PTSD, complex trauma resulting from prolonged exposure to adverse events, or dissociative disorders affecting their emotional regulation and interpersonal relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.
• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and staff.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and necessary computer applications for remote work.
• A collaborative mindset, willing to integrate and work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team setting.

While two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, candidates with extensive knowledge in trauma-focused therapies and interventions, as well as experience in high-stress environments, will be viewed favorably. This position is ideal for those who have proven success in building therapeutic alliances and fostering patient engagement.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
