• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to accurately determine client needs.
• Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that are sensitive to individual backgrounds and cultural factors, ensuring that goals are achievable and aligned with their personal experiences.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy) across diverse settings—including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
• Offer crisis intervention services for patients in acute distress and coordinate care efforts with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation according to clinic policies and regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring that all records are accurate and confidential.
• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducational resources, equipping them with knowledge and skills to effectively manage mental health challenges.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, fostering holistic care for all clients.
• Conduct regular outcome assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt strategies as needed for optimal patient progress.
• Stay informed about current best practices in mental health care, integrating emerging research and trends into clinical practice.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 84,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
