What You'll Do

  • Prospect and generate new commercial customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Meet with business owners, property managers, facility managers, office managers, schools, healthcare facilities, and industrial clients.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs to understand customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals and pricing with support from our operations team.
  • Follow up with prospects and close new contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Keep accurate records of leads and opportunities using our CRM.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 2+ years of B2B sales experience (commercial cleaning or facility services is a plus).
  • Is confident making cold calls and generating new business.
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Is organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.
