Job description

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team at Bish's RV as a Lot Porter. This role is responsible for transporting RV units within the dealerships as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the lot.
Key Objectives
  • Ensure timely and safe movement of RVs across the lot for sales, service, and delivery needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of dealership grounds

Responsibilities
  • Move and park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes as directed
  • Assist with staging and prepping units for delivery or pickup
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lot, inventory units, and display areas
  • Deliver and retrieve RVs for service, detail, or sales
  • Assist with snow removal and other weather-related upkeep
  • Follow all safety protocols when moving RVs

What you'll bring
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Prior forklift experience preferred but not necessary
  • Comfortable operating and maneuvering RVs, trailers, and large vehicles (training provided)
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license required
